Title: Das Gangbild bei JIA-Polyarthritis – erste kinematische Ergebnisse einer 3D-Bewegungsanalyse
Abstract: Die 3D-Bewegungsanalyse ist ein Instrument zur Quantifizierung menschlicher Motorik. Die Arbeit stellt erste Ergebnisse für das Gangbild von Patienten mit juveniler idiopathischer Arthritis (JIA) und polyarthritischem Befall dar. Zur Analyse wurde ein 3D-Infrarot-Bewegungsanalysesystem verwendet. Eine Gruppe von 13 Patienten mit JIA Polyarthritis unter Beteiligung von mindestens vier großen Gelenken der unteren Extremitäten zeigten erhebliche Unterschiede im Vergleich zu einer gesunden Kontrollgruppe (n = 13). Die Bewegungsausmaße in Hüft-, Knie- und Sprunggelenk liegen in der Patientengruppe jeweils signifikant unter der Kontrollgruppe. Besonders auffällig erscheinen die geringen Bewegungsausmaße der Patientengruppe in der Flexions- und Extensionsbewegung der Kniegelenke während der Standphase und in der Plantarflexion des Sprunggelenks während des Abdrucks. Diese und weitere Untersuchungen werden zu einer Datenbank zusammengeführt, um die Zusammenhänge zwischen Gangbild und betroffenen Gelenken erkennen zu können. Die Ergebnisse dienen der Weiterentwicklung von Diagnostik und Therapie.
