Title: Oscillations of the primordial spectrum and long-distance correlations in a cold dark matter universe
Abstract: Specific anomalies (we call them 'peak-like long-distance correlations') are discussed for the space correlation function ξ(r) in cosmological models with modulations of the primordial spectrum fluctuations. These modulations are the result of the specific shape of the inflation potential in the early Universe. The comparison of the results of simulations of the space correlation function with observational data of galaxy-galaxy and cluster-cluster correlations is reported. It is pointed out that a search for 'peak-like long-distance correlations' in the cluster-cluster correlation function, at scales r≃102 h-1 Mpc, is crucial for determining the peculiarities of the inflation and the nature of the dark matter.
