The Government introduced various reforms in the capital market to give boost to economy. It has recently introduced a few changes which helped MSMEs to raise funds from the capital market. These reforms specially include dedicated stock exchange for SMEs and another step is towards Crowd Funding. Crowd funding provides a channel for SMEs to raise funds through capital market. The crowd funding is still at a consultation stage for SMEs. This paper proposed to study the framework and its applicability for micro-enterprises. Crowd funding is used with the help of extending small amounts by large number of investors on online platform/social media. There are various models of crowd funding.
