Abstract: Aims: Historically, ST segment resolution (STR) assessed at ninety minutes post initiation of thrombolysis is a predictor of reperfusion success and cardiovascular outcomes in ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Our aim was to assess whether STR measured immediately post primary percutaneous intervention was (PPCI) was a useful predictor of adverse cardiovascular events.
