Title: Intra‐ocular pressure and premedication with oral diazepam
Abstract: Summary Thirty patients scheduled for routine eye surgery were randomly allocated to receive either diazepam 0.2 mg/kg or ascorbic acid 100 mg orally 90 minutes pre‐operatively in a double‐blind fashion. Diazepam caused no significant change in intra‐ocular pressure.
