Title: Die Entwicklung einer Kurzversion (U-Bogen-24) des Unsicherheitsfragebogens von Ullrich und Ullrich de Muynck
Abstract: Anhand einer Repräsentativbefragung an 652 Ostdeutschen und 1283 Westdeutschen wurde eine Kurzversion (U-Bogen-24) des Unsicherheitsfragebogens von Ullrich u. Ullrich de Muynck [1] [2] entwickelt und an 318 PsychotherapiepatientInnen eingesetzt. Bezüglich der Item- und Skalenkennwerte ergaben sich gute testtheoretische Werte. In der bevölkerungsrepräsentativen Stichprobe zeigte sich, dass Frauen auf den Skalen Kritikangst und Nicht-nein-sagen-Können höhere und auf der Skala Fordern können niedrigere Werte angeben als Männer. In der klinischen Stichprobe findet sich ein Geschlechtsunterschied nur für zwei Skalen: Psychotherapiepatientinnen geben auf den Skalen Kritikangst höhere und auf der Skala Fordern können niedrigere Werte an als Psychotherapiepatienten. Im geschlechtsspezifischen Vergleich zwischen Repräsentativbevölkerung und PatientInnenstichprobe berichten Psychotherapiepatienten und -patientinnen höhere Werte auf den Skalen Kritikangst, Kontaktangst und Nicht-nein-sagen und niedrigere Werte auf der Skala Fordern können. Es werden Skalenmittelwerte als Vergleichswerte für die repräsentative und die klinische Stichprobe berichtet.
