Title: Arterial pulse wave reflection during head up tilt and sublingual nitroglycerin
Abstract: Head-up tilting on a tilt table is increasingly used as a diagnostic tool in syncope patients and is often combined with the addition of sublingual nitro-glycerine in the upright tilted position. This study investigated the blood pressure and pulse wave responses to these procedures in young female volunteers.
