Title: Measurement of customer's Satisfaction from Quality of services in insurance companies
Abstract: Aim of this research was investigating relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality in Passargad insurance of KhorasanRazavi. Five dimensions include reliability, capabilities, responsiveness and assurance and empathy were tested by Servperf model. Sampling in this study was cluster and 196 people selected by SPSS software in order to complete questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaire was tested by Cronbach's alpha and coefficient value was 0.91. The results of this study indicated that a significant relationship exists between customer satisfaction and quality service.
