Of 20 species recognized (in seven genera), four (Nymphes. three; Myiodactylus, one) are described as new. Myiodactylus nebulosus McLachlan. described from New Guinea, is tentatively recorded from Australia for the first time, and two species of Osmylops raised by Navas are subjectively synonymized: schraderi with sejunctus (Walker) and hulstaerti with armatus (McLachlan).Read More
