Title: The Effects of Intent, Reason, and Harm on Attribution of Aggressiveness
Abstract: Summary Aggressiveness ratings were analyzed using a repeated measurements design in order to study the stability of results across four different situations. Ss were 28 Swedish adults 30-45 years old studying education at the University of Umeå. A 2 x 2 x 2 (Intent-No Intent x Reason-No Reason x Harm-No Harm) analysis of variance was performed separately on each situation. Intent and reason could be seen as antecedents of attribution of aggressiveness but this hardly applied to harm.
