Title: Certain Questions in Wage Theory Under Socialism
Abstract: The economic reform and its methods of stimulating production economically are contributing a number of new aspects to the system of organization and regulation of wages. As evidenced by the continuing exchange of ideas in the pages of our press, the need has arisen for a proper economic interpretation of the essence of a number of new phenomena in the sphere of distribution with respect to their connection with general patterns in the development of wages. From this point of view, attention should first be focused on the most debated questions: the nature of the relationship between wages and value; the reproduction of the labor force as a factor in wage formation; and the economic bases for differentiating wages, depending on the complexity of labor.
