Title: Analysing The Effectiveness of E-Mail Surveys: A Case Study In Australia
Abstract: The e-mail based survey technique is widely used as one of the most important research methods for the last five years. However, there are evidences reported of response rates declining per annum. This research reviews existing researches on e-mail surveys, and conducts a case study in Australia. As a result, this paper analyses the reasons for refusals to e-mails surveys, and the response speed in details. Finally, this paper makes a recommendation for conducting e-mail surveys in more effective way.
