Title: Comments on "Structural identifiability in linear time-invariant systems
Abstract: The sufficiency feature of "sensitivity" identifiability is pointed out by showing that a linear time-invariant system is zero-state "sensitivity" identifiable only if it can be identified using a constant input. A necessary condition for local identifiability is given in terms of the "sensitivity" identifiablity.
