Title: POWER AND RESOURCES IN AN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNITY.
Abstract: This paper identifies a form of organization best described as an organizational community and an associated set of resources -- communal resources. Communal resources problematize sovereign understandings of power; communal resources are associated with a disciplinary power that works to establish 'normal' attributes and roles for community members.
