In this paper, 6S and FLAASH based on radiation transfer model are applied to atmospheric correction of SPOT4 image. Judging from the results of correction, atmospheric correction can obtain features reflectivity and expand the scope of the NDVI. But compared with FLAASH model and 6S model, the former can not remove aerosols in SPOT 4 satellite images, the latter can obtain accurate features reflectivity and vegetation index, providing the basis for the next step of information analysis.Read More
