Title: Measurement of the Component Flows in a Vertical Two-Phase Flow by Making Use of the Pressure Fluctuation : Part 2, The Flow Model for the Slug-Flow and Its Application

A series of experiments was carried out, and it was proved that the actual slug flow could be fundamentally represented by the proposed flow model. Also the two-phase discharge coefficient of the orifice was defined and experimentally correlated with the component volume flow. It was found that the component flows could be estimated by measuring the average pressure drop across the orifice and the time ratio or the void ratio.Read More
