We use the mixing phase-lock loop to achieve the synthesizer. One phase-lock loop (PLL) outputs the signal with frequency of 9GHz as the LO source of the mixer and the mixing PLL's output range is 9.6GHz to 9.9GHz. And the static phase-noise of the output at 1kHz ~30kHz off the carrier is -106dBc/Hz@(1kHz~30kHz). This design adopts the composition of phase-lock loop frequency synthesizer and mixer, and the integral chamber design to accomplish a X-band frequency synthesizer with high spurious reduction and low phase-noise, which also realized product miniaturization while satisfying technique beacon.Read More
