Learn more.Copy URL Share a linkShare onFacebookTwitterLinkedInRedditWechat Zusammenfassung Nach Vergleichsuntersuchungen von Gras und Luzerne bzw. einsiliertem Gras und einsilierter Luzerne mit Zusatz von verschiedenen Konservierungsmitteln (in Mikrosilos von 1,5 l Inhalt) wurden folgende Ergebnisse erhalten: 1 Das in Silos von 1 m3 oder in Mikrosilos einsilierte Futter ergibt ein Produkt, dessen gesamte Stickstoffmenge eine fast gleiche Aminosäurezusammensetzung erkennen läßt. 2 Serienanalysen nach wiederholter öffnung eines Mikrosilos ergeben genauere Angaben, da Aminosäureanalysen aus mehreren Silos der gleichen Art selten wiederholbare Ergebnisse erbringen. 3 Sowohl mit Luzerne als auch mit Gras stellten wir fest, daß der stärkste Eiweißabbau in den ersten vier Wochen bei den Gürungsvorgängen stattfindet. 4 Große Veränderungen in der Aminosäurezusammensetzung lassen sich im Laufe der Zeit erkennen. 5 Vor allem wurde der Gehalt an basischen Aminosäuren (Lysin, Histidin und am stärksten Arginin) herabgesetzt. 6 Der Einfluß von Konservierungsmitteln auf diese Degradation wird untersucht. Ohne Konservierungszusätze sind schon nach einem Monat 40–50% der Aminosäuren degradiert, hier vor allem die basischen und sauren Aminosäuren. Im Vergleich zum Beginn der Einsilierung erhöht sich stark der Gehalt an Alanin, oft bis zur doppelten Konzentration. Dies kann als Zeichen schlechter Einsilierung gewertet werden. Das gleiche ist der Fall, wenn alpha-Aminobuttersäure auftritt. Die Zugabe von Konservierungsmitteln in Form von Kohlenhydraten trägt dazu bei, die Abnahme der Aminosäuren während des Gärungsprozesses abzuschwächen, was bevorzugt für die basischen Aminosäuren gilt. Valin, Methionin und Isoleucin sind ohnehin beständiger. Die Schutzwirkung von Metabisulfit (Zusatz von 0,7% mit oder ohne 1% Zucker) auf die Aminosäuren ist bemerkenswert, besonders bei der Konservierung der basischen Aminosäuren Lysin und Histidin. Arginin erleidet immer hohe Verluste. Die Schutzwirkung ist am größten bei der Zugabe von AIV-Lösung. Alle Aminosäuren mit Ausnahme von Methionin und Asparaginsäure wurden nach dreimonatiger Konservierung nicht in ihrem Gehalt beeinträchtigt.
