Title: New Adaptive Blind Equalization Algorithm to Multipath Correction of Wireless Communication Signals
Abstract: Blind channel equalization techniques are useful to counteract multipath effects in wireless data transmissions. Perhaps one of the main drawbacks of blind equalization is the slow convergence speed of the equalizer. By relying on normalized method, a new fast acquiring adaptive blind equalization algorithm is proposed in this paper. The performance of the new method is compared to the traditional constant modulus algorithm (CMA) by means of computer simulations, and the simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
