Title: Automatic liquid scintillation counting of 32P in plant extracts by measuring the Cerenkov radiation in aqueous solutions
Abstract: Automatic liquid scintillation counting of 32P activity by means of Cerenkov radiation in plant extracts, solubilized plant material, or solubilized polyacrylamide gels is described. For quench correction, the isotope channels ratio method was found to be satisfactory.
