Title: Designing Management Education Programs Based on Managerial Approach Profiles.
Abstract: A number of management education programs fail to produce the benefits expected, despite apparently extensive preplanning efforts. The authors assert that two reasons for these failures are: (1) the lack of a realistic assessment of the needs of the participants regarding subject content, and (2) the utilization of inappropriately matched pedagogical techniques.
