'vivo蛍光イメージングでの食餌性自家蛍光の低減効果について検討を行った.通常の飼育繁殖用飼料(穀物由来)で飼育されたマウス腹部における自家蛍光は近赤外領域において非常に強いことを確認した.さらに穀物由来の飼料からは近赤外領域において強い蛍光が認められたが,精製飼料中には同様の蛍光スペクトルはほとんど検出されなかった.さらに通常の飼育繁殖用飼料での飼育から,精製飼料でマウスを飼育する条件に変更する事でin':
