Abstract: Three children with trisomy X are presented, bringing the total number of reported patients with trisomy X to 65, of whom 44 are adults, 9 are children, and 12 are newborn infants. The clinical variability of the 3 children presented here suggests that, as in adults, trisomy X is not associated with a characteristic syndrome.
