Title: A comparison of methods for measuring acetyl cholinesterase activity in blood samples inhibited by carbamates
Abstract: Abstract An unambiguous method based on the measurement of the acetylcholinesterase activity resulting from complete decarbamoylation of the acetylcholinesterase in blood samples inhibited by a carbamate is described and compared with a spectrophotometric modification of Ellman's method.
