This model describes the interaction between strong anharmonic ion vibrations and the electron system. The contribution of this interaction and a contribution due to the structure of the anharmonic model determine the properties of the lattice thermal conductivity. The influence of both scattering mechanisms on the temperature behaviour in the normal‐conducting phase is considered. Results for different parameters of the anharmonic model are discussed and compared with experimental investigations on YBaCuO compounds.Read More
