Title: Non-exponential-localized eigenstates in a 2D-disordered system
Abstract: The length L dependence of the forward component of the transfer matrix for an electron passing through a strip with δ-function impurity potentials is studied with particular attention to the slowest growth-rate characteristic. Attention is focused on the inverse localization length for low-energy electron in a weakly perturbed system. By exact analytical calculations of an ensemble averaged mixed tensor with some assumptions, we show a critical energy dividing exponential-localization and non-exponential-localization in the two-dimensional disordered system.
