Title: Design and implementation of fault diagnosis expert system for missile circuit
Abstract: To solve the fault diagnosis problem of relay control circuits widely used in missiles, this paper designs a rule-based fault diagnosis expert system. This system includes five modules: knowledge acquisition module, problem solving module, reasoning explaining module, interface module and management and control module. To solve the problem of knowledge acquisition known as the bottleneck of expert system, knowledge acquisition module includes a sub system which acquires rules automatically from circuit description files. As a result, knowledge resource has been enriched and the disadvantage of over dependency to expert experience, which is common in expert system, has been reduced. According to the experiment result with a relay control circuit, this system has the ability of fast and accurate reasoning and preliminary knowledge automatic acquiring. Finally, the prospect of application of this system has been briefly analyzed.
