Abstract: Les années 1990 ont été marquées par des mutations importantes quant à la nature des rapports que l'État québécois entretient avec différents acteurs sociaux oeuvrant dans divers champs d'intervention.Elles ont été traversées par ce qu'il est parfois convenu d'appeler la « dynamique partenariale », dans la mesure où le partenariat domine un très grand nombre de formes d'action et de collaboration comme la santé et les services sociaux, le développement économique local et régional, l'économie sociale, ou encore les pratiques d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. En ce début de décennie 2000, l'omniprésence d'une telle dynamique n'est pas unique à la société québécoise bien qu'elle occupe ici, tant dans les pratiques que dans les politiques, une place significative.Derrière la notion de partenariat, nous retrouvons un certain nombre de concepts cousins, comme la concertation et l'intersectorialité, qui seront repris dans le cadre de certains articles présentés dans ce dossier.Ces concepts, porteurs de nuances, décrivent certains niveaux de relations et qualifient, en
