Revealed behind the artworks, through the artists' own words and practice, is often a complex process of collaboration, dialogue and debate, which normally remains hidden to the audience. The film presents new insights into creative collaborations, draws parallels and highlights contrasts in the range of approaches encompassed by the artists, and allows comparison with some of the established and emerging theories of creative process in scientific and other disciplines. The film is itself a work in progress towards a larger project, which will include additional artists. Accessibility and fluidity are key aspects of the digital film medium, allowing for an evolutionary approach to film-making, variable according to purpose and context, and questioning the notion of a 'finished' film.Read More
