Combination of low-dose bromocriptine and levodopa resulted in a therapeutic response equal to that of levodopa alone but with fewer end-of-dose disturbances and peak-dose dyskinesias. I believe that treatment should begin promptly with a low dose of levodopa, combined with a dopamine agonist such as bromocriptine.Read More
