Abstract: Systematic effects in precision luminosity measurement at the International Linear Collider are discussed. In particular, beam‐beam interaction effects, background from physics processes, and effect of bias and resolution of measured energy in the luminosity calorimeter. Simulation is done at 500 GeV and 1 TeV center of mass energy. Some prospects at 3 TeV are also discussed for the CLIC case.
