Abstract: The capacity and minimization of storage information and operation are rapidly reaches to a limit. Available materials in the nature used for electronic circuits, Communication, optoelectronic devices and display devices is identified. Molecular electronics and molecular computing is good solution to overcome the present limitation of computing devices and storage information, speed of operation. Molecular electronics as technology using single molecule, small group of molecules, carbon nanotubes or semiconductor to perform electronic function. Such designs related to conductive mono molecular circuit configuration that can be million times smaller than the conventional solid state electronic circuits and computers. Designed molecular circuits appear that Nanometer scale molecular electronic circuits fabricated and tested in the foreseeable future. Finally molecular logic circuits and computational devices are final limits of the electronic computer circuit miniaturization.
