As the ACE is the body responsibility for distributing national lottery money to the arts it is responsible for the distribution of far more money to this sector than any other individual body in the field. 2. Apostrophes are strongly needed here: this is actually much more of a normative model based around preferred ideas of what the public sector should be doing and how it should be organised to do this.
