Title: Hopping conductions studies of p-Hg1−xMnxTe in high magnetic fields: Unusual anisotropy of resistivity
Abstract: The measurements of the hopping magnetoconductivity in the open gap p-Hg1-xMnxTe were carried out up to 18 T in both longitudinal ρ| and transverse ρ⊥ configurations. The nonmonotonic behaviour of magnetoconductivity and the change of the sense of the anisotropy ρ|/ρ⊥ were experimentally observed and explained by the theory which incorporates exchange interaction between Mn2+ and band electrons. In high magnetic fields the percolation calculations were performed.
