Title: f.Gaze — Focus on gaze animation for autonomous virtual human characters
Abstract: The advances in interactive realtime animation do not match the realistic visuals synthesized by modern hardware. We investigate if the liveliness of interactive virtual characters may be enhanced by a more detailed gaze animation compared to current games. We propose a modified inverse kinematics scheme, that we use to adapt motion capture animation to a specific situation.
