Title: In-orbit calibration scanning microwave radiometer on HY-2 satellite of China
Abstract: In this paper, we give a method of calibrating T <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">b</sub> on HY-2 satellite by cross comparing them with those from WindSat satellite. The results show that the re-calibrated T <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">b</sub> were obviously closer to the simulated T <sub xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">b</sub> by using ECWMF data. We will further investigate the accuracies with newly launched microwave radiometer AMSR2.
