First, we analyze the mental states and the relative utilities affecting the air combat decision, point out that the decision of air combat command control is determined by four mental states and should be evaluated by different utilities. And then, we describe the possible world of air combat command control by means of the CTL*(Computation Tree Logic) according to the features and needs of team cooperative air combat command control, construct a BDOTI logic framework, i.e. Belief, Desire, Obligation and Tactical Intention, of airborne command control system by combining the temporal logic, modal logic and the combat utilities, the properties of the mental attributes of the BDOTI framework are discussed, and a BDOTI interpreter is given to describe the whole decision process of the BDOTI framework. Finally, we give the organization of the combat team and their mental attributes.Read More
