Abstract: Recently labor laws of various nations have changed greatly by globalzation. Those are categorized noninterference style(U. S. A.), regulation style(Germany) and agreement style(Netherlands). Labor law of U. S. A. has been a typical model of globalization labor law, but several acts to regulate discriminations in employment have been developed. And labor of Germany was a typical of regulation, but it has changed towards to noninterference style on employment law. Lastly labor law of Netherlands has developed towards to flexicurity policy which means flexibility plus security. It's characteristic is harmonizing between liberalizing labor market and social regulation to protect labors. Korean labor has been influenced by U. S. A. labor law and German labor law, but now it is necessary to refer Netherlands' agreement style labor law.
