Design: Using a comparative case study method, the paper investigates Google Wallet and ISIS Mobile Wallet and their underlying business models. Findings: Google Wallet and ISIS Mobile Wallet are focusing on providing an enhanced customer experience with their mobile wallet through a multifaceted value proposition. The delivery of its offering requires cooperation from multiple stakeholders and the creation of an ecosystem. Furthermore, they focus on the scalability of their value propositions.
