Title: Quality and ecological effect of wheat in Guizhou Province.
Abstract: This article is on the quality and ecological effect of the eight wheat varieties in Guizhou.The results indicated that ecological environment had more influence on protein content and wet gluten content in wheat than genotype.Guizhou belongs to the mixture area of the strong,middle and weak gluten wheat,its east and west area belong to the mixture area of middle and weak gluten wheat,its middle area belongs to the mixture area of strong and middle gluten wheat.The wheat with weak gluten has the biggest percentage,the wheat with strong gluten was in minimum of proportion;There were significant difference in the grain protein content,the grain wet gluten content,the sedimentation volume and the dough stability time among different areas and varieties,and the dough stability time was a restriction factor;The regression analysis showed there was conic relationship between the dough stability time of week gluten wheat with the mean difference of diurnal temperature(℃) and the total precipitation(mm),the optimal value were 8.55(℃)and 404.375(mm).Significant and positive correlation were observed between the dough stability time of weak gluten wheat with mean maximum temperature during middle grain-filling stage(℃),mean temperature(℃),and significant and negative correlation were observed between the dough stability time of the weak gluten wheat and total sunshine(h).
