The subjects in this study were randomly sampled in Seoul and Kyeong-in...This study is to identify how job consciousness has effects on job stress and job satisfaction of elementary sports instructors. The subjects in this study were randomly sampled in Seoul and Kyeong-in areas and 193 individual elementary sports instructors were finally selected. Analyses made by SPSS 15.0 have been applied to produce following outcomes. First, job consciousness had significant influences on job stress. In detail, subfactor keep working resolve had positive effects but job commitment and job pride had negative effects each on job stress subfactor compensation system. Role related-job commitment had negative effects but job commitment of organizational characteristics had positive effects. Job commitment of job characteristics had negative effects but job pride of human relations had positive effects but job commitment and professionalism recognition had negative effects. Second, job consciousness had significant influences on job satisfaction. In detail, job consciousness subfactor job commitment had positive effects on job satisfaction subfactor work/environmental satisfaction and keep working resolve had positive effects on organizational/system satisfaction. Job commitment had no significant influences on personal/mental satisfaction but had positive effects on compensational/economical satisfaction. Third, job stress had significant influences on job satisfaction. Job stress subfactor organizational characteristics had positive effects on job stress subfactor work/environmental satisfaction but human relations and compensation system had negative effects. Compensation system and organizational characteristics had positive effects on organizational/system satisfaction but human relations had negative effects. Organizational characteristics had positive effects on personal/mental satisfaction, role related-job stress had negative effects.
