Title: Recessive chlorophyll mutations in the seed progeny of M$sub 1$ plants of spring vetch
Abstract: The comparative mutagenic efficiency of gamma rays and several different chemical mutagens, as well as that of their combined effect as the result of treatment of spring vetch seeds, was studied. Recessive chlorophyll mutants in Mi were used as test plants. The materials for sowing were seeds from separate fertile nodes and branches, their position on the stem being recorded. The data obtained indicate the necessity of further investigations and the practical significance of the method of combined treatment of seeds with different mutagens. (auth)
