An unbalanced panel data of salary from CPBL teams from 1990 to 2007 was collected, and the two-stage double fixed-effects model was employed. The results supported the contention that reverse discrimination of minorities exists in the CPBL. All else being equal, minority/aborigine players tend to be paid in excess of 20% to 22% in the League.Read More
