Using search engines is a first solution. There are many examples in the Internet. The most popular are Google search engine, Microsoft's Live Search, and many others including minor solutions provided by small companies which cannot force to be reckoned within the market. Each of the mentioned solutions is based on scanning web pages and saving information about them.
