T...In today’s scenario hotel industry is growing rapidly & making significant contribution to service industry, but still fighting for Quality Service Employees which are the backbone of this industry. Therefore, to evaluate motivational factors of the employees of Taj Plaza Hotel, Juffair this study was carried out, mainly to find the preference of employees working for this hotel along with the motivational factors influencing them to give their Best to the Hotel & also to find if there’s any variation in these factors on the basis of gender. Results showed that employees worked for this hotel mainly due to – Good salary, Fringe benefits, Class of the Hotel, & Interesting job. It was also found that on the basis of gender, there was not much variation in their preferences. Males preferred salary, fringe benefits, job security & interesting job, & females preferred working environment, interesting job, salary & fringe benefits.Read More
