Title: Pricing and Coordination Analysis for A Closed-Loop Supply Chain Based on Game Theory
Abstract: We consider a closed-loop supply chain in which a manufacturer sells to a retailer, the retailer sells the products to customers and recollects the used products from customers. Based on the model, the price decisions such as optimal wholesale price, optimal retail price and optimal recollected price between manufacturer and retailer are studied by game theory, a decentralized system and a centralized system are studied. A non-cooperative Stackelberg game equilibrium and a cooperative game equilibrium are obtained. Finally , we develop coordination mechanism, a revenue-sharing contract, to coordinate the decentralized decision closed-loop supply chain.
