Title: K0.9982Li0.0018TaO3Crystal Under External DC Electric Field
Abstract: The influence of external dc electric field on dielectric properties of K1-xLixTaO3 x = 0.18% (henceforth KLT-x%) is presented. Electric permittivity dependence on dc electric field confirms the existence of short-range electric order. According to the suggestion made by us [1 Kaszyńska, K., Trybuła, Z., Glinchuk, M. D., Bykov, I. P. and Laguta, V. V. 2005. The local order in KTaO3 admixtured by the ions of Li+. A. Phys. Pol. A, 108: 379–383. The low-temperature state of KLT-0.18 may be considered as a quantum superparaelectric one that may be toggled into an improper ferroelectric while applying an electric field [2 Dec, J., Miga, S., Kleemann, W., Trybuła, Z. and Kaszyńska, K. 2010.
