Abstract: Resume : Le chapitre presente les grands courants scientifiques de l’etude du stress, et en particulier du stress au travail : l’approche par les mesures objectives, l’approche ergonomique, la perspective epidemiologique avec les modeles de Karasek, de Siegrist et de Bakker et ses collegues, ainsi que l’approche transactionnelle. Suivant les principes dictes par la legislation europeenne en la matiere et objective par une presentation des couts du stress, il est ensuite expose de maniere structuree et pragmatique les differents types de diagnostic qui peuvent etre poses en entreprise : le diagnostic global et general, le diagnostic des groupes a risque, le diagnostic cible et le diagnostic individualise. Les interventions qui peuvent etre envisagees en la matiere sont abordees sous l’angle des preventions primaire, secondaire et tertiaire, ainsi que du point de vue des actions de rehabilitation et de reinsertion. Les caracteristiques et plus-values respectives de chacune de ces typologies de diagnostic et d’intervention sont explicitees. Pour terminer, on insiste sur le fait que les demarches de prevention des risques, incluant tous les acteurs de l’organisation.
