Title: Factors Impacting Trade and Public Visitors’ Satisfaction in Food-Related Exhibitions in Taiwan
Abstract: At a typical exhibition, services for visitors are usually furnished by multiple providers, such as Professional Exhibition Organizers (PEOs), venue providers, and exhibitors. This study examines exhibition service factors in relation to visitors' overall satisfaction levels. The study was conducted at the World Trade Center Hall 1 in Taipei, with a total of 308 valid surveys collected. The results show that the exhibition's services can be categorized into six themes: booth content, exhibition content, promotion mix, services, layout/signage, and functionality. A significant relationship between service quality performance and overall satisfaction exists, with exhibition content and services both significantly impacting satisfaction. The results of this study can be used by the PEOs, exhibitors, and venue providers for future reference when planning exhibitions and events.
