Title: Reforms in the Parliamentary System of Government: A New Approach
Abstract: The 21st Century began with new hopes of international peace, security and democracy particularly for countries aspiring to meet Millennium Development Goals. Bangladesh is a democratic country of illuminating potential and it is marching onwards to the road to economic development. Immense human and natural resources hold the promise for golden days. Bangladesh witnessed the biggest achievement when Professor Muhammad Yunus and his Grameen Bank won the 'Nobel Peace Prize 2006' for pioneering the use of micro-credit to benefit the poor.
